What was the reception when this first was released
It came and went quietly. United 93 was the more talked about of the two 9/11 movies that were released in 2006. If I remember correctly, the producers and stars of WTC met with all of the 9/11 groups before they shot the movie to inform them of their intent and they got the okay from all of them.

Seemed like it was too soon

I wouldn’t mind a movie now with the cgi and all
