What workout logging apps you guys using. It seems to be a couple out there but most seemed to be geared towards running only. i'm looking for something for that too but also any type of workout and be able to see stats and what not over time
I'm about to start working on one with my neighbor (programmer) and my wife (designer). I have a real rough one I use in Google Sheets.... the concept is solid though. Just have to make it user friendly.
Basically what I do is track each lift and have presets on how much to add each week. shyt gets complicated though. Some people like double progression, some people like to pyramid, etc.... it would take a really good and comprehesive app to cover what everyone wants.
