depends on the sickness. if i'm feverish and my body aches then definitely not. if i just got a cold or somethin similiar and I still feel like I'm able to lift then so be it.

No such thing as sweating out bacteria though.

I rarely get sick, I mean in the last few years I've probably only gotten sick like once or twice. However I still workout, the most important thing is that you're not lingering around in sweaty clothing, especially if it's cold. Make sure you get out of those wet clothes and into some warmth immediately.

Just lowers your immune system more. Doesnt help at all. Get rest and get back to the gym when you're strong.

it helps to get out of the house sometimes instead of staying in bed or the couch and doing nothing...but you will lower your immune system further like the other guy said if youre really sick

Got a cold or flu iono this week
Started coughing on friday, saturday nose was running and I was sneezing like crazy still went to the gym that day
now my nose just running n shyt but nothing worse as if my body was gon die so yea its possible depending on how ya feel. My body did not feel weak like the other time I had a cold/flu and had to shut it down for the rest of my week because I made it worse by actually working out
