I like to go to the gym in the mornings before work. I work in an office so things can get a little tricky sometimes. Anyways, here are some things I've picked up to make this lifestyle easier:

  • cold to lukewarm shower after working out, if I have a hot shower and put on a suit I will probably sweat through it on the way to work
  • keep a cologne in the car
  • get everything ready the night before, bag packed
  • something small when I first wake up like an apple or a yogurt, then I do a shake when I get to work
Drop some tips coli brehs! :krs:

my gym is in my office so I can workout and xtra 10-15 minutes longer than another gym, but I usually get to work a little over an hour before I'm supposed to start

-pack my bag (neatly/carefully) the night b4 so i'm no scrambling in the morning
-make sure my water bottles (I have like 4 of the same kind) are clean and throw a couple of scoops in the night b4
-bowl of oatmeal (every day) when I wake up
-leave when I say I wanna leave so I'm not cutting into gym time
-actually convince myself to make it into the gym even when I'm crazy sore
-throw on my workout mix on the iPod well before i get to the gym so I'm hyped

Prepare the night before.
GET UP on time, so I don't miss my train.
I eat a hearty breakfast of about 500 calories but I don't start training until an hour after i've finished eated, if i'mm on time.

For me it is, i'm not trying to be all big and swole and I wake up at 5am. Most people I know that train in the morning eat very light then eat a real breakfast after. I have eggs, vegetables and wholeweat bread for mine.

Lean and muscular is my aim homey.

Im not built for that morning wave

Most I can do is cardio

I cant work out until like 10 AM... thankfully I work from home on my own schedule :blessed:

That used to be my situation. It was great. Start work at 8, go workout around 11 or 12, finish the day around 3 or 4. Life was great then :to:

I just make sure I get up in enough time to clear my system :lolbron:

and make the drive over. I don't eat breakfast so that isn't in the equation. I usually have enough time to go back home, shower and get to work at a decent time.

:wow: that would be nice, showering at the gym isn't my favorite way to start my day.
