I like to go to the gym in the mornings before work. I work in an office so things can get a little tricky sometimes. Anyways, here are some things I've picked up to make this lifestyle easier:
- cold to lukewarm shower after working out, if I have a hot shower and put on a suit I will probably sweat through it on the way to work
- keep a cologne in the car
- get everything ready the night before, bag packed
- something small when I first wake up like an apple or a yogurt, then I do a shake when I get to work
