This week I'm starting a new routine to switch things up...

I usually workout 3x/week doing a variant of stronglifts...

Now I'm going to add an arm routine that I will do 6x/week

I didn't make this myself...

Lateral raises 12sets of 12reps

Concentration bicep curls 12 sets of 12 reps

Tricep pull downs 12 sets of 12 reps

I will do this for 2 months this report back to you guys...

Anyone ever try this sort of routine....

How has your arm growth been with that routine...

I thought my routine would be too much, but I'm using such light weight that I think I will be fine
I have put about 1/2" on my flexed biceps over the last couple of months which is pretty damn good. No point in going light... go highish reps (10-12) but pick a weight that takes you to failure on the last rep 3rd-5th set. All I do is 1 superset of a bicep/tricep motion 3x week with my other compound stuff. U are going to fry your elbows with that routine and elbow tendonitis is a bytch and a half

How has going to failure affected your progression with your compound lifts...
I'm straight with once a week direct and indirectly hitting them with chest and back workouts breh.
I use to do this then my traps outgrew my shoulders...

That's why I'm doing this routine now

Bench has always been a struggle for me so I can't call it on that... but back and shoulder work has been moving up OK. I do compounds first so I'm always fresh for those. Arms are getting a lot of nice size too which is really all I care about

Day 4 of this shyt...

My arms definitely have a constant pump now, so they look extra juicy

I don't go to failure so I don't notice any pain the morning after

I'm not sure if this is sustainable for 2 months, but fuk it I'm gonna try

Day 5 of this shyt...

Arms and shoulders still looking juicy like sliced ham

I tried increasing the weight a little bit, but 144 reps is hard as fuk to do

Still don't know if I can handle this shyt for 2months

Gonna icey hot my whole body now:shaq:
