Well I am considering to start my workout at Gym very soon . Although there are so many sources of workout like, Internet, books ,bodybuilding Magazines , I feel the best source is your trainer who really supports you in friendly manner in achieving your fitness goal . well i do not think that other sources are not helpful for your body but your trainer knows better and guides during your training . So you first need to join a good Gym and try to get help from your trainer over there and then go for other source .
