Have them too young, may not be able to financially/emotionally support them, kids maybe fukked.
Have them too old, may be mentally/physically messed up due to aging of sperm/eggs, kids maybe fukked.

I never got the logic behind waiting to pursue a career first, because let's suppose your a successful woman in a high-level corporate job. Wouldnt it be easier to miss time when your young and starting out as opposed to when you are in management?

Not necessarily. I think it depends on how far up the corporate ladder she's going.

If she's on her Marissa Mayer shyt, then it's no problem. She built a nursery in her office and has a nanny right there.

Well first of all, they only extract so many. If I go back to have my eggs fertilized and implanted and they aren't all there, that's grounds for a lawsuit and money in my pockets.

They can only extract so many at a time. Usually 10-20 per cycle. Because of attrition, you need about 10 frozen eggs to achieve one pregnancy. If I know I harvested 20 eggs and they I come back the once or twice to get them implanted and I don't have any, that would be highly suspicious.

Also, at the end of the day that would be a risk I am taking to make sure I am able to have my own biological children. Idk why it would bother anyone else especially if they aren't going to be the father.

Women can have them in their mid/late 20s after a stable career, and reading a few books. Its not like there isn't a middle ground.

Not if you reach the higher levels. After a certain point, the higher you go, the less work you actually do.
