There wouldn't be a west. There would just be top 16 teamsIt looks like you said Bron would be forced into retirement if he was in the West.

Wade in 2009 was putting up better stats than LeBron, his team just wasn't up to snuff. Multiple time all-star and champion.
Bosh was a top 3 PF in the league but once again his team wasn't deep at all. Multiple time all-star.
Kyrie was drafted onto a decimated Cavs squad that was actually drafting busts and intentionally tanking so of course they never sniffed the playoffs. He was a multiple time all-star on a historically bad team.
Love was another top 3 PF in the league, he should've made playoffs a few times but found himself hurt in critical stretches. Was a 25/12 type player tho and multiple time all-star.
You can't act like this man wasn't forming superteams, not to mention that each time he did it he compromised the talent of the teams that were in contention. The only reason why revisionists are looking at Miami and Cleveland like they aren't superteams is because LeBron is continuing to take finals losses. However, all his media backlash stopped when he won his first ring. KD knows that if he can get him one then people will slowly give him that same pass. LeBron pioneered this superteam era, it is what it is.
fukk! This is going to be one of the most insufferable summers in recent memory.
I think the Warriors are probably going shoot the Cavs out the building and it'll be 3 months of people trashing Durant's coward move and Warriors fans behaving like Trump supporters -- which is to say, they won't address/discuss/or refute shyt but bask in their victory.
Good thing the Yankees are good again.
...Why do ppl keep acting like the Celtics (Pierce, KG, Allen) didnt happen? Or the Lakers attempting to forge somethin similar beforehand (Kobe, Shaq, Malone, GP) to takeout the Billups led Pistons? That revisionist history is strong when it comes to Lebron...
Let's not bring facts into this thread brehThe 2001 playoffs were similar lakers swept the field sixers went 4,7,7 finals was 5 games
5 game 1st round back then. Now the nba is ruined it's always been top heavy and predictable
Exactly. Bunch of idiot. Stern was a moron, but he would have blocked that KD move. It's disgusting how these super teams are becoming the norm.
Never say never beloved but it does make it highly unlikelyIt's to guarantee the lower seeded team gets at least 2 home games for revenue.
And, this will be the last of the super teams formed through free agency, the new CBA will make sure a Durant situation never happens again.
Not even similar to what LeBron did
What KD did was even worse than what LeBron did
I hope Cavs get kawhi Leonard next year
NBA officially dead

The concept of a Big 3 was formed in Boston no matter how you wanna frame it.Kg and Allen were both traded to celtics they didn't sign as free agents
Malone and payton were both
Lebron wade bosh all signed together as free agents
Lebron started this bullshyt and KD gonna finish it
