Tyson Fury (24-0, 18KOs) will have a packed house going against him on October 24th at the ESPIRIT Arena in Dusseldorf, Germany. Fury will challenges Wladimir Klitschko (64-3, 53KOs) for the WBA, WBO, IBO, IBF heavyweight titles.
According to Fury's promoter Mick Hennessy, close to 40,000 tickets have already been sold for the contest, with the card on course to be a 55,000 seat sellout.
He expects tickets to sell even quicker when the two boxers are expected to have a face to face in mid-September during a London press event.
"We're already close to selling 40,000 tickets and it is guaranteed to be a 55,000 sell-out," he said to The Mirror. "It's selling brilliantly and worldwide this fight could be worth more than £30million."
Fury had planned to move his camp to Castlebar in Mayo, but Hennessy says he is staying in England.
"Tyson isn't going to Ireland now," he said. "His camp is going so well here he has decided to stay. He has been alternating his training camp between Bolton and the Lake District and he and Peter see no reason to change things."
