nikka wouldn't have been as involved in the shyt in the first place if it wasn't for the pharaoh so it's only right that nikka comes through to cover his ass
Yugi was a weak bytch. I was never a fan of that show but I DO remember that nikka Yugi having Kaiba dead to rights and Kaiba exposed him when he threatened to jump off a bridge cause he was losing. The Pharoah was like 
"nikka please" and was about to attack but Yugi's little punk ass called it off. Dude woulda let his Grandfather, who raised his ass and allowed him to spend all his time playing card games, spend the rest of eternity in the Shadow Realm because he didn't wanna see an opponent basically commit suicide

Yugi was a bytch ass sucker, made Pharaoh get a soft spot, his whole squad was soft, only real nikkas on the show besides Kaiba was all Egyptian.... Pharaoh, Marik, Bakura, Odion, etc....
The whole show was about the pharaoh and yugi helping each other out, nad the pharaoh was mentoring yugi most of time time. The final dueled showed yugi surpass him and could tackle things on his own.
Was Yugi o any good?
That was the only opponent Yugi ever beat. And that's just from countless times being in Pharaoh's head so he could counter Pharaoah's move. Put Yugi up against a fresh opponent or even Kaiba without the Pharaoh's help and that little bytch probably would get an L every time.
