Since Wisconsin is a 50/50 state, I think it says alot about the pulse of the country... its leaning more Democratic because of Abortion issues and Assault Weapons. Kelly ran on the "Fear the Black People" that Johnson ran in the Midterms and nothing else. GOP really are losing control in this state.
