Windows 8 tip - Xbox Music

If you recently upgraded to Windows 8 you should be able to stream albums off Xbox Music for free.

Xbox Music is similar to iTunes but it has the 99$ subscription option which allows you to stream and download unlimited amounts of songs every month.

Check it out if you own Win8 its added value.

When you're entering information on when and where you bought your PC, make sure that that you enter a date between June 2, 2012 and January 31, 2013, otherwise you won't qualify. I just put June and that it was from Best Buy. Model AS5250- 0327.
When you're finished, you'll get a few e-mails. One will have a Promo Code. The e-mail will also tell you to run the Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant and when you get to the screen to buy it, click on it and you'll get to enter the Promo Code which will knock the price down to $15.
I just upgraded my laptop with an unauthentic version of Windows 7 using this deal.

I should of done that I paid 69$ for the CD. I don't trust online upgrades.

Xbox music is extremely dope. I downloaded a shyt load of music onto my phone all for the low price of 9.99/month. The streaming service is no Pandora, but still very compelling. Plus the UI touches are second to none. Overall, an excellent value.
