im going to go out on a limb and say that people like him because he is very funny...
How he treats people. He busts balls but it's absolutely relentless to the point it's vicious. I'm not sure if you're familiar with Theo Von but he's a complete sweety pie. But Bill Burr went on his podcast and totally blew him a new a$$hole. Totally rude and condescending.

You should listen to his podcast. Sometimes people write in to complain about what he says n he starts roastin em. Occasionally Nia walks in n starts roastin em with him
