Why do we sleep?
Eating/drinking is what nourishes our body and gives it the necessary energy.
Nothing in our body is entirely shut down when we sleep.
I've even heard the brain is even more active during sleep but don't quote me on that.
But anyways, will there be a time where humans will evolve to the point of not needing sleep?
Wasn't sleep just a response to lower visibility during the nighttime so we might as well "rest?"
Speak on it.
