I normally take i scoop of hyper fx pre workout for breakfast before my workout then another scoop after my post workout meal so i can feel good the rest of the day, each scoop has 270mg of caffeine...the box says never take more than 2 scoops in one day
this was about 7 hours ago since i had my last scoop its 8:30 pm i'm studying for a tax exam on thursday. My pace is intense studying of 2 chapters a day until thursday and i should be good in terms of having material covered
however i'm starting to get tired and i plan to be up until at least midnight to get today's studying done to stay on pace...
will i die if i take one more scoop?
