TV deals, sponsors and big donors aren't about that HBCU life. The big name cac schools control everything and you can't blame a brotha for tryna get his even if that means playing in front of racist cacs. The competition just isn't there in HBCU schools and if your a elite player coming out of high school your goal is to go pro and the big name schools provide the resources and exposer you need to get to the next level.

Not the big billion dollar money. Most HBCUs are small schools between like 4-10k they just ain't got the following. FSU gonna garner more eyes than FAMU off that alone. And FAMU is one of the bigger ones if I'm not mistaken. Plus those schools can easily create stars

Its not just about the sponsors and TV Deals. Its also about the boosters. I'm sure these HBCUs have wealthy alumni but how many of them give back to their schools?

I'm mainly talking football cause bball is only gonna be there a year while football player is there at least 3.
But you mention exposure for bball players, same bball players who are scared to go straight to the dleague and get paid cause it's not as glamourish as Kentucky or Duke. So yea exposure at those schools means something to those kids.
