Why were the cops and SWAT so disgraceful responding to the Columbine Shooting??

Them dudes enter the school at a speed of 20 feet every hour. Meanwhile, young kids could be shot up left and right on the other end of the school for all they know. I know their stupid protocol, they gotta go in room by room checking for hostage situations, but still, it took those p*ssy cops half the day to reach the fukkin library! They could have saved countless lives.

The integrity of schools was questioned after Columbine, but not so much the integrity of the police force. Plus they didn't even follow up on Eric having a website with hit lists and specific names and targets, and of the guns and bombs he was aquiring!

But naw, them "fearless" coppers were busy pulling over people going 40 in a 35
