They punked him real bad..the Pythona girl who started the movie beat up everyone and was a mark for Serpentor...then they had the professor Xavier hoverchair dude bossing Serpentor around out of the blue and ETHERING Cobra Commander outright...to make himself remember...i mean can anyone just imagine the same organization he started being hostiled tookover and being literaly turned into a mutated snake.
