I know cats that have smoked everyday for over a decade and go to the gym, do massive cardio. Yeah they are hurting their lungs but they arent wheezing and coughing up shyt.

Same like people drinking a literal 2 liter of coke a day, it's not the caffeine they need but the sugar. I know some skinny cats that coke or even diet coke is all they drink, still skinny then a motherfukker.

All in all one day it's gonna catch up to them.

I try not to be a dikk about it by I try to hold people accountable, especially at work. We literally have food day every day. Enchiladas with beans and nacho cheese, pulled pork beans and coleslaw, Apple pie, banana bread with cream cheese frosting.
