I'm not a fan myself but 40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Neighbors are hit movies. Plus he's Jewish and produces his own material. I'm sure that keeps him well connected.

Eh - this isn't true. He's producing 3 TV shows this year alone - 'Preacher', 'The Boys' and 'Black Monday'. I imagine he's good.
