America is the dominant power in the world. America's dominance and the methods it has used to achieve its dominance has created enemies of various types. Whether they be states like Iran or non-state actors such as Al Qaeda. America goes to war, supports actors (states, non-state actors) and does various things in order to maintain its hegemony. A hegemony which benefits most of the people living in the West..like you;

We go to war over resources, nothing more. Everything else that they tell you is just to appease the mind. The most common bullshyt is that we are liberating people or freeing them from tyranny. While that may be an element of the situation, the deep down cause is always resources. Every civilization in history has always been at war over resources. Everything else is a farce.

Yea i remember reading somewhere thay Afghanistan produces over 80% of the worlds opium.
