shyt is literally the best cardio. You can burn 1000 calories jumping rope for an hour and it's more fun than running, cycling or rowing. It had a learning curve of you arent use to it but it's worth it.

Headphones is a good deterrent for me for a exercise bike type thing.For me it's the monotony of it. Any cardio that has me staying in one place gets me tired very quickly.
I prefer to play soccer for my cardio. I'll run every now and then. More so when I'm away from home of if I need a quick 30 min mind refresher etc.
