why is america so batshyt insane? on one hand its at the forefront of technological ingenuity, culture, style, fashion, etc. on the other hand its so damn backwards. watched a trailer for doc called 'a prom in mississippi' where they celebrated their first integrated prom in their history..this was 2009 brehs!

I don't think there's ever been a country like this that looks towards the future but so stuck in the past at the same time. what is it about america that makes it such a genuine madhouse?

i saw prom night in miss. it's

one of the dudes on there is a stereotypical mississippi redneck wearin a wifebeater with a beergut. his daughter has a black boyfriend and he has an epiphany about racial issues. one of the most sincere moments i've seen on film

i think a school in georgia just did the same thing with integrated proms THIS year one thing about a huge country is that it's impossible to define, we can't be goin on about america does this that and the third cause it's so different from region to region

but yeah i been feelin kinda disillusioned lately too. not just about america but about the state of the world we got it good compared to syria

Too much stimulants, including too much protein, and not enough complex carbohydrates to balance things out. Excess protein, and other stimulants, produces, more dopamine which produces selfish thinking which is why the U.S.A. is all about doing what makes YOU happy.

Other places have issues as well, just different, and I think it's from them having too much carbohydrates in their diet, and not enough protein to balance things out. This causes them to be rigid in their thinking, and not willing to grow, which means constantly doing things that are hurting them. They tend to do extreme things, but see it as part of the culture, and not a personal thing, so it isn't weird to them. This is from the excess serotonin, which helps form group thinking.

THE WHOLE WORLD IS CRAZY, IT ISN'T JUST THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
