You always here he hit the big shot against Orlando. But I never hear his defenders bring it up. Even on 1st Take.

Of course the ATL
he traveled

I dont think brehs understand that we in DC hated Lebron years before the rest of America. I hated him so much :to:

Didnt he travel in both instances? I thought he took an extra step on the baseline in CLE & the extra step(s) in WAS were obvious and i'm a Bron fan.

at OP: Haters will probably shrug these off b/c its easier to say Bron choked than to actually do your HW and check for moments like these

The one in Cleveland is legit but the one in DC was a clear travel...he switched his pivot

Uncertain grounds
Because most of his defenders are of the moment d-riders like he and Dwight are and don't have the memory, nor see the need to have the memory, to properly back up their arguments. They can just point to a recent box score or highlight reel and smirk.

How about the free throws against Orlando? Everybody remembers the 3 in game 2 however no one ever mentions the two free throws he hit with less than a second left with the Cavs down by two. I think it was game 4. If I'm not mistaken that is the same game where he just barely missed a 30 foot game winner in OT. Lebron's rep for not being clutch is all about his empty fingers rather than him never coming up big in the clutch. No question he has struggled since joining MIA but the current narrative makes it seem like he's had a career long issue with it. shyts gonna turn the moment he gets a ring.

Just look at the spin from last night after they won. All I heard about heading into the game was Bron being 0-2 in his previous game 7s. All of a sudden last night after the Heat win they wanna talk about how his teammates sucked in both of those game 7s. No matter hwo well he plays if they lose he's gonna be a choker. No matter how he plays if they Heat win and he's gonna be considered the new Mr. Clutch. :smh: at how many people will willingly engage in the spin and how many more will willingly accept it.

Its funny how many people buy into the "Bron aint clutch" BS, but like you said it all changes when he gets a ring. You'll probably see BSPN run a "Top 10Bron in the clutch" montage & watch how within one offseason he's considered among the most clutch in the NBA again
