Why doesn’t WWE implant folks in crowd to control reactions?

100-300 folks in well placed groups could start the right chants and the other desired reactions. It’s what others sports do with cheerleaders, jumbotrons, etc. In stadium marketing. Hell smaller feds like the original ECW and TNA had a built in team as the same groups of folks always came to the events.

Why do that when you got 15 seconds delay to simply mute the crowd or pipe in cheers. Vince haven't cared about the live experience for a while. He just cares about how it's presented on TV.

Last time I went to a show they had a local promoter giving away cheap tickets and t shirts but you had to wear the shirt and hold up the sign that was already created for you
