people are almost brainwashed when it comes to political parties. no point and fukkin people over to try to win some votes. anyone with common knowledge of the past 4 years already knows the deal.

The Dems need to make cuts to entitlements and NOT by screwing with the social security age. He needs to target the young people who are on government assistance. Offer a training program and a job and then ween them off assistance. From a Healthcare perspective, having a young population enter the pool will keep costs down. The Republicans needs to allow the wealthiest to pay a little more in taxes.

I think thats whats about to happen. The White House just released its budget proposal and the Republicans are shocked it contains pretty much everything he campaigned about. Obama is going to get what he wants one way or another, they know this. Republicans just need to throw the damn towel

Thats why you have some Republicans going against the leadership and saying they need to pass the middle class extension now and worry about the other issues later. They are digging a deeper hole for themselves allowing this to drag out. Obeezy is just sitting on the stump smoking a square looking at his watch waiting for them to bury themselves now or later.

I see them coming to some stop-gap measure (extend the Bush tax cuts for only those under $200,000 is the most likely and most painless measure) that just kicks the can down the road until they are forced to look at it again in the summer.
I do not see any real spending cuts happening because neither side has the balls to take the knife to their own sacred cows.
