Why does only my left pectoral hurts after bench pressing?

So this all started a few months.

I was at the gym doing bench presses when my boy noticed that I wasnt lifting the bar at the center. He said that the bar was more towards the right side.

He told me to move the bar to the left and although he says that now Im lifting the bar straight, I always feel that it is to the left.

Whenever I do bench presses, I feel that only my left pectoral is building and the same can be said about my left tricep. I feel that my left tricep is doing all the lifting.

Anyone tips?

For what purpose?

it sounds to me like one side is stronger than the other

i would come down in weight and work back up if youre talking "pain pain"

but if you lifting it up harder on one side, you got an imbalance

I was checking out BB forums and this seemed to be a popular topic

Apparently right handers would feel that the left pec is bigger and left handers would feel that their right pec but that would even out over time

I dont know how true this is.

I dont know how true this is.

best bet is different lifts for a minute(ideally DB)

but if you really trying to get a nice chest, try dips and then progress to weighted dips :wow:
