He has gotten better over time but no one's reading One Punch Man for his art. It's for Murata's. And unless he can draw as well as Murata which I doubt then I don't really see the point of trying to get to that point.

He was learning and still is learning how to do draw when he made OPM and MP100. Learning to draw that well is either an innate talent or something you have to work at 8 hours a day, 5 days a week to get good at.
