Why does my iPhone always put me in the wrong city

For example when I go to sites like Best Buy, it’ll put me in a location that’s 130 miles away

I’ll be 40 mins from Chicago but it’ll automatically assume the locations of whatever I’m looking up are defaulted to the Quad Cities by Iowa


It does it on YouTube too on my Xbox.. it’ll show me ads for a mall out by Iowa


I haven’t been out that way in 10 yrs from when I use to go visit family out that way
