who would want it so that blacks and hispanics are focused on each other rather than on the groups that really have the power/wealth?

Bottom Line: Of course there are some Blacks/Mexicans that are racist towards each other, you can say that with any group but if you think it's some large majority or big movement, you're confused.

it's funny someone always say this but won't say why. yeah my dad was white, but his dad was fresh immigrant from serbia and he grew up in Mexican neighborhood which is how he met my mom.

Homogeneous cultures want to stay homogenous. They view blacks as the largest threat to because we are the most prominent race.

I overstand it. People want to protect their culture, while being fascinated by ours.

These same homogenous people that are very strict and deeply embedded with their culture would experience culture shock leaving their countries.

It's mostly the Western or modern cultures, especially the newer generations that are more open to sharing their culture on the world stage.
