But I usually be getting into arguments relating to it. Like ok, hes not fully blacc, but neither are 60% of african americans.
By definition tho, he's still african american, and in our country african american=black.

He is not African-American either. African-Americans are descendants of enslaved blacks within the United States. His father is from a country in East Africa. If anything Obama is Kenyan-American.
