im not really conservative, but i never get this. I know so many scumbags that are still in school or dont have jobs or low wage jobs... It seems to be common sense...Dont have kids till you are able to financially care for them

Poor people need to have more children to increase the odds that one of those children will get them out of poverty...

Of course consciously, the poor people having many children don't know they are doing it to increase their chances of survival...

A rich child has a very high chance of surviving, and the parents don't need the help...Therefore, rich people don't think that they need that many children...

I think it's a tricky control mechanism Nature implanted in humans to balance our population...

Think about this...

With other mammals, when resources are plentiful, reproduction increases exponentially...However, with humans (especially Westerners) with more resources there is less reproduction...

So Nature ingeniously made it such that the poorest humans will have a rapid rate of reproduction, so that we don't die off as a species...

This is just my opinion...No science to it...

Cause people get pregnant by mistake. Some people turn those mistakes around and provide a good life for their kids, some don't. But to say poor people should t have kids is ridiculous. If poor people didn't have kids the human race would have died out a long time ago.

having kids is a tax pay day if you make under a certain annual income.

Then ones food stamp allotment is increased and WIC will cover and extraordinary amount of the nutritional costs. Additionally, one is prioritized on the section 8 list depending on how many kids someone has.

women that are poor don't have much to lose when they have to withdraw from the workforce for 9 months. they dont make much money as it is, and they know the government will take care of them. In contrast, some professional lady could lose 90k in income just from leaving the workforce and big G won't take of her because shes "rich".
