Why do people on The Coli assume mixed race folks will date out to white?

I hear this logic every now and then on here in regards to diluting the black race. A black person marries a white person then I hear people say that those mixed kids will date out to be a part of the 'dominant' culture, which is white, in America.

Truth be told I really haven't seen that be the truth with folks mixed with black .

I've encountered a few girls that were mixed and told me they preferred black guys. Now I've had a friend or two that were Black/Korean maybe date another mixed person but not generally seek out whites because it seems some mixed folks feel that most blacks don't really understand or relate to them. The whole "picking a side" generally results them picking their black side.

Now some mixed folks like Asian/White or Hispanic/White pride themselves on having some white in them and I dunno I think in their DNA or some shyt to worship whites date out but not necessarily the case in of Black/White, Black/Hispanic (like I got a cousin that is Black/Puerto Rican but exclusively dates black dudes) etc. Just what I see. Thoughts?

Why does a mixed a person picking white is necessarily is worshipping their white side though? I personally more mixed people end up with white partners.

Most mixed race people Ive seen in my area (the ones mixed with black) usually end up dating black people or other mixed race people. That's usually what I see.

People usually date white to gain favor with the dominant culture so no matter if the father or mother is dating white, the cold is likely to go in the white direction because of the parents motivation to date white in the first place.

Now if the white father abandons the child they will probably date black.

Because in the pre-integration era, despite their constant disparaging of Black women for "being bottom of the barrel/ugly/subhuman/etc" White men didn't seem to able to keep their hands off them and felt entitled to their bodies.

They didn't feel entitled enough to help raise the mulatto kids they created though, so Black side of the families did that instead. Eventually a lot of those mulattoes ended marrying Black. Societal pressure helped a lot with that. That same pressure is not present at that extent today.

In my experience in Africa and Europe (I'm mixed btw) most mixed couples have a black father and a white mother. And the daughters date more black guys, while the sons date more white girls. Strictly base off my exp and those of other mixed people around me.

Obviously context matters a lot.
