Why do people make personal calls in the office?

I've never understand why people make personal calls to their doctor or children's school teach and discuss personal information about them or their children so that the whole office can hear. I know all these people have cell phones. Why not go outside in the hallway or stairwell and make the call. smh

No one does at my job. Cause I work out in the field, hell right now I'm hiding out posting on the coli at work.

I do all my personal business at work, in the company car..don't do shyt on my days off
