Why do mexicans only have one accent?

Its like they all talk like speedy gonzales or george lopez or them mexicans from training day.
no matter where they are from, even the american born ones. With white and blacc people, depending on the part of country they from, they have a certain accent. BUt a mexican from mississippi to a ese from LA to one from boston, they all sound the same.
