I do them standing behind the neck but I really don't go too heavy at all. I stopped counting reps/sets I just go til I'm tired but I would highly recommend everyone include this in their shoulder routines.

Im about to bush the shyt..... I've been stuck at the same weight/reps for the last 3 months :camby: Gonna try seated Thursday

Used to be my favorite...DB shoulder press is better I feel. Too much arm involvment when you use the barbell. The standing part is just a macho thing to do plus for your core. :hubie:

I prefer seated.

Usually when you do standing you get stuck at a plateau and it's hard to break through. It puts unnecessary stress on your lower back, but it does develop your abs though.
