From about late 96 til the WCW folded it seems every week somebody was beating the shyt out of Flair in the most humiliating fashion possible, whipping his son with a strap and making him watch, kissing his wife in front of him, shaving his head, etc. and it got progressively worse over time. They literally had him rambling in a mental hospital.
Bischoff was doing shoot promos taking about how Flair talks about limousine riding and jet flying but he hasn’t saved a nickel that’s why he has to still wrestle smh.
Even if he needed money, why didn’t he just go to the WWF instead of subjecting himself to this? I’m sure Vince would’ve gave him a role to do something even if it was just a manager.
