Why did Fury get a 10 second count in the first fight

At no point did the ref think Fury looked visually/demonstrably unable to continue.

Wilder throughout the third fight (and the second for that matter) looked both fatigued and concussed.

By the 11th round he looked a danger to himself.

Referee was right to halt proceedings.

You can't be this stupid to even think this. Wilder got beat up and was dead.. Fury got caught but he suffered no damage throughout the fight.

By the rules, a 10 count doesn’t mean the fight is lost.

I didn’t even know that until it was being debated recently. I believe the ref needs to see and believe the fighter is in good order, hence why some counts don’t even get past 3 if the fighter is e.g Wilder in the third fight.

How does the 10 count work in boxing?
