Brunson really started to blossom into the player that he has currently become in the 21-22 season, when Kidd made him a starter and we went to the WCF.

He was previously relegated to a bench role under Carlisle his first 3 years and would get played off the floor in certain stretches. The Clippers would exploit him for being too small against their long lineups.
