So if a country ask for aid we have to tell them how to live? It wouldnt stand a chance against us even if it did have Nuclear weapons since its wants to be isolated so much.
Who's "they," though? It's a fascist state where the people are starving, have little freedom, and can't express their own thoughts. Who knows what the people over there really want?

because they have nuclear weapons which they might spread to people who dont want to leave the us alone
