Why Are There Any Birds In The North?

If Birds fly south for the winter how would they know when to go back up north, do they send suicide team members to check it or what?

nah the thing is birds got to be careful because other birds fukk with them but only in the winter cause that's when the mating season is for the rival bird gang. They have to leave or else they will literally be killed by other birds. How they know when it's okay to go back to their old territory? Science doesn't know yet probably trial and error. i feel like maybe you guys didn't go to school or something. i mean GOOD school, public schools aren't that great so my mom homeschooled me. public education at it's finest.
