Brehs I've been re-watching old episodes of Dexter (Team Dex:wow:) and I'm always :heh: at the fact that Dex is ALWAYS outsmarting virtually everyone he work with, specifically he finds out, catches and kills the villains in 15 minutes while it takes the police force at least half a season to put clues together for a lead. Harry Morgan taught Dex all his skills which makes me wonder why he wasn't allowed to teach the rest of the police force so they can all be on Dex's level?

With that being said I realize Harry taught Dex in a way to not get caught so his skills have to be a secret... but what about Shawn on the show Psych? His dad taught him EVERYTHING he knows and every episode he be spotting stuff and solving the crimes and throwing it in their face like "I'm psychic bytches:stylin:" while everyone else stay like :ohhh:

My point is that why they never have the Adrian Monk-type characters school the police force instead of constantly hire them to do the work but not give them any props?

this is why i try to stay away from any show that has the law as part of the cast...shyt just pisses you off how dumb they act

only The Wire and Homeland did/do a good job with how they handle law enforcement
