Why Are Smarks So Pro-WWE?

It's something I've never really understood. They'll complain about everything WWE does but will bow to Vince/Triple H while there's other alternatives and even industries they could put their attention to.

Now I'm seeing people damn near celebrating TNA's possible demise online, when people are about to lose their jobs and another TV alternative to WWE is about to die.

So what's up with smarks being so Pro-WWE?

People always want to be front-runners and associate themselves with others who are perceived to be successful, doesn't matter if it's their entertainment, sports or the people in their lives

Smarks are pro-WWE because it's the MLB or NFL of pro wrestling...as goes it, as goes wrestling...so until another promotion gets close to it or to mid 90s WCW level then it will always be the bar

Smarks are pro-WWE, Vince, and Triple H? Thats news to me. From what I've observed, most smarks have been passionately hating WWF/E since the 80s, and that goes quadruple for Triple H since '99.

They are supported, begrudgingly, by smarks because they have been the only stable, mainstream wrestling company for about 17 years . They dont seem like they are on the verge of week to week collapse, so at least you can invest in their product with the confidence that they will be around next month. WCW/TNA/ECW all had that "You wont be around next year" vibe since 2000.

Well plenty at this forum were angry at Bryan for being more over than any Kilq member ever was and for fans choosing him over Michaels...and basically gave Cripple H(wrestling forum level idiocy) all the credit for WM XXX and the build to it. So they damn sure don't know what the fukk they're taking about. Some cats are still worshipping a bi polar Vince Russo

I'm not even talking about TSC, this forum for the most part is good with not brown nosing Trips/Vince. I'm getting at people on Twitter and other wrestling forums who are always cheering for the possible demise of TNA every year yet will yell #CancelWWENetwork if things don't go their way.

Edit: Then if Vince/Trips throws them a bone like the CWC, they give them extra praise.
