Why are Kool G Rap and Scarface underrated/never talked about

When it comes to being the goat. I'm from the south so yea i have a bias to scarface,but before jay-z, nas it was Kool G Rap for me. Scarface never dropped a weak cd and held his own on every song/feature he did. I'm not talking that personal shyt(lil troy beef, child support issues) i'm talking damn good music and for people that forgot his reebok commercial was the best of them all



this song Never by 'face is one of the realest songs ever written


i think both are very underrated

alot of his stuff is kinda meh, particularly after the diary. after that album, i dont like what became of his voice, and he bored me most of the time after that.

too hard of a listen to be a goat contender in my book.

too much of an acquired taste. thats pretty much why hes not mentioned in top 10s as much as some would like.
