Common. He's in my personal Top 5 of all time and he represents Chi-Town to the fullest...
Once Lupe's discography grows he'll probably dethrone him, but for now Common has the stronger catalogue, the pedigree, the relevance, and the earned respect to be named Chicago's Goat....
No disrespect to Kanye but he uses Ghostwriters and isn't a better pure spitter than Rhymefest (whose underrated in my opinion) so he's not even in the running...
