There have been EASILY 7-8 games that Darvin himself have fukd over this team.. I think that's actually a conservative number

Playing Prince 30+ min, and Rui 11 CONSISTENTLY for months

Starting Vando, Prince, and Reddish for a stretch

Benching Austin cause the duo with DLO doesn't work on defense.......... Then benching DLO to pair up with Austin a couple weeks later anyways

Worst part is the front office looking at the team we have and going, "yup, we don't need to make any moves".

I understand them looking at D'Lo's recent production and thinking he's gotten over his yips, but to have a "center" that has been injury prone the past three seasons STRAIGHT, see Wood was injured and think Hayes is a good enough option is pure incompetence by the front office.

I maintain that we should pull Dwight out of Puerto Rico. Call bro washed all you want, he's a better option than Hayes, and he's not going to get punked like AD.

Everyone thought we were gonna make a move at the deadline tho... No one on this board thought they'd stand pat

Didn't even have to be a big move, people were clamoring for a backup big all season or a defensive guard

He hardly ever makes in season trades. That isn't surprising. And it's probably a good thing he didn't trade for anyone. He probably would have made the roster even worse than it already is.

You know a player that would have been perfect for us? Jaden McDaniels. Easily one of the best perimeter defenders in the league today. But good Ole Rob Pelinka traded him away to the Wolves.

One thing that was never talked about regarding Lebron/AD missing games last season is that most of the teams in the West also had multiple star players miss games.....So LA not having a vastly improved record is not all that surprising...LA had holes that were not filled before the deadline.
