It's a joke of an organization. If we had competent management the Lakers would have been a serious contender for a championship every year since 2020.They are not a serious organization and there is no leadership in the building. Just a hundred voices pulling the team in different directions with money saved being the most important thing.
What's happening with the Lakers would NEVER occur with the Heat or the Clippers.
They're basically the same as the Yankees since George Steinbrenner died. Buncha nepo babies inherited the franchise with no clue as to what they're doing, nor the same passion/drive as the parent who made the organization what it was. It's fukking frustrating as a fan. It's a joke of an organization. If we had competent management the Lakers would have been a serious contender for a championship every year since 2020.

How does that cede power to her brothers? See, this is the issue with the team. It's been a power struggle for almost a decade now. Just constant back and forth. Probably a lot more behind the scenes that we don't even know about.Anthony Irwin (I hate this fat b*stard) seemed to report that Jeannie doesn't want to fire Ham as doing so might cede some power to her brothers.
Also, why do the Lakers let a Lakers employee be a regular guest/co-host on his podcast?
It surprised me as well but he didn't elaborate. I'm paraphrasing here but he said something along the lines of, “if you fire Ham that's three coaches Pelinka has hired that havent worked out which means Pelinka hasn't been successful and he should be fired. Which means Jeannie failed to hire the right person.”How does that cede power to her brothers? See, this is the issue with the team. It's been a power struggle for almost a decade now.
