Lebron wanted Dudley as an assistant coach and management couldn’t be bothered with that either.. people who think he runs this organization are nowhere to be found when facts are thrown in their face with this topic

It’s a nice narrative tho… too bad it doesn’t make sense
He also wanted Caruso to stay with the team.

But but but Lebron. Bunch of clowns on here.

The problem with this team starts and ends with Jeanie Buss and Rob Pelinka.

Jeanie refuses to hire anyone who doesn't have Laker ties. And Pelinka is beyond incompetent.

Playing
There is a difference between playing winning basketball and playing losing basketball. If you don't know the difference then I can't help you.
Playing winning basketball normally leads to winning games. We beat that team once in the last 15 or so games. Wasn't any winning basketball being played.

All logic goes out the window with these dudes when it comes to Lebron.

So Trezz, Drummond, THT... weren't given time when it was obvious they were bad fits? When FOs invest in players they wanna see them get some burn, its the same reason they trotted Gabe out here when he's missed the whole season

Klutch "bullied" management into forcing Cam into the lineup? Y'all really believe this nonsense? :gucci:

LeBron couldn't make the Lakers sign Ty Lue, but he used Jedi Mind tricks to influence Ham to give Cam Reddish bricking ass minutes.:mjlol:

It's okay to not understand how team operations work. I never said Klutch bullied anyone. But when you invest in players there is pressure to put them on the court

Idk breh. Bron is getting older and cant score an "easy 30" against this Nuggets team..

Not saying its gotta be a top 10 player. However,..

High key..... Our best shot was if we got Kyrie last year.

That was the move and the play. Not like Vando would have mattered much in hindsight anyway. Do or die game and the coach doesn't even play him. Kyrie for all his warts is the bucket getter to answer these runs. Oh well.

Truth is you rarely get someone to save you from a mistake (trading for Russ)

The Russ trade was obviously an utter failure and disaster. But so was the Russ reset.

Beasley, Bamba, Vando and D'lo.

If 3 out of your 4 players that u acquired were negative assets then clearly your move was a miserable failure.

Matterfact if D'lo declines his option and leaves then that means 3 out of the 4 would have walked and left the Lakers with absolutely nothing to show:picard:

While the 4th missed most of the season.

That's beyond malpractice.

Kyrie literally made 3 trips to LA to sell these dudes on what needed to be done but they choose "depth". Could have actually kept Reaves while signing Kyrie last summer....and now the only way they'd be able to upgrade now is to trade Reaves because he's the only positive asset left on this team besides Bron/AD

Absolutely disgusting.

Trae Young is not the fukking answer.

You need any more proof that Pelinka is incompetent? Well there it fukking is.

He is a good fit offensively
Good fit as a ballhandler
Good fit as a playmaker

Is a P&R Maestro meaning he'd keep AD fed.

The problem is statistically he's one of the worst defenders in history. And they should be building their team strictly to matchup with Denver. Look at what Murray just did to us....imagine what he'd do to Trae.

Even if you put 6 guys on the floor you still wouldn't have enough defenders to cover for Trae.

I'm rooting for the Cavs to lose so Mitchell can realize the deadend he's in and start looking elsewhere.

He has the size, athleticism, playmaking and offense to match the offense. Not to mention that he still wants a piece of Murray after he gamed him in the Bubble.

So how are we blaming Lebron for Pelinka signing scrubs and obvious misfits? How is this Lebron's fault?

Did I ever say that? I was having a discussion with another poster around the bad hand Ham gets dealt with trash/injured players (in reference to his comments) but because I mention Klutch all the fakkits lose their minds :mjlol:

Horrible defender and terrible shot selection. He doesn't play winning basketball. You can't win with his play style.
