both of these greats try to do what pac & big did but failed miserably :dead: both albums were filled with fillers and you probably only went back to bump a couple tracks here and there. the sad truth is jigga & the gawd cant hold down a 2 disc album :to:

jay-z tried to fix the problem by releasing the blueprint 2.1 which was the least worst tracks from the 2 discs

Streets disciple was much worse...the tracks that were great on blueprint 2 were better than the good tracks on streets disciple...

Streets disciple and nastradamaus are the only two nas solos I can't listen to at all...

bp2 is an awful, awful album. comically awful.

the double album is the height of a rapper's ego. nas' best album has like 10 songs but he thinks derrdederrr let's make an album of equal or better quality, but with 27!!! songs

jay z just wanted to be biggie :yeshrug:

I say tie. Street's Disciple should've been one disc. Both discs equal 87 minutes. The reason artists release double disc's, is because a double disc cd counts as two records toward the fulfillment of their record contract.

Neither one of them were all that great to be honest. Both of them would have been ok if they were just one CD.

I liked BP2, but I understand the issues yall had with. SD on the other hand is utter garbage only due to beat selection.
