Who's a likeable character who is poorly written?

This idea just came to me because I see a lot of threads where people say a character is annoying and dislikeable, because one action doesn't make sense or another action is inconsistent with their beliefs or what they've done in the past and so on.

So I decided to make a "spin" on it and see who comes in. I got no examples yet cos it's kinda hard but will post if any come up. But who are you thinking?

Rock was one of the first characters I thought of. Lee is by far the best representation of the whole “hard work over natural talent” theme of the OG Naruto. He should have been that dude.

It’s a real shame that Kishimoto wound up throwing everyone who wasn’t Naruto or an Uchiha into the bushes.
